You will be working with an app everyday that allows you to effortlessly track your macros. The app provides me real time insights into your daily nutrition and water intake, allowing me to make informed decisions on your meal plan that will ultimately help you.

You will have 20 classes to choose from each week that includes a blend of strength training, HIIT, and lots of sweat. Each session will be customized to match your level of fitness and overall goals.

Every month, we will meet for a chance to dive deep into your fitness journey. These one hour sessions are there to review and appreciate your progress, set new goals, take measurments, and refine your plan. We will take the time to discuss how you're feeling and celebrate your achievements.
We will also cover your nutrition by reviewing your macros, discussing any obstacles you're facing, and fine tuning your meal plan. During this time, we may chat about supplements and other fitness tools to help you fill any gaps you have in your nutrition.
